#1 medical app for me

Medscape is the quintessential app. I am a pharmacotherapy specialist and want detailed drug info, drug interactions, fast navigation and disease state info. This app has it all. And its FREE. I would pay if I had to, and have paid a lot for prior programs including Lexicomp and epocrates.
